Our service writer, Eric, made sure that our maintenance request was fully identified and the work was accomplished quickly and at a very reasonable price relative to Phoenix dealer prices or those of several local shops. Upcoming scheduled maintenance and system/component level items that should be expected to benefit from service in the future were provided in writing with their cost estimate, and discussed upon picking up the car; there is no hard sell on scheduling any repairs as their intent is to provide you with an accurate assessment of the vehicle condition and some ability to plan future service based upon your ownership practices. Very satisfied with the expertise, customer service and pricing.

WOW!!!! I am impressed...... "Will" came all the way up to Black Canyon city to down me off while my car was worked on. He also picked me up when my car was ready. Eric Newlin was my customer service adviser. Eric highly impressed me! He help me (70 year women) to understand automotive terminologies. Eric put it all into "smaller and not to technical terms" He even took pictures for me to see my brakes before the repair. This helped me a lot. He also showed me where the parts were on my car that was replaced. Example the brake booster and the CVS valve. Eric guided me though the whole process. The mechanic he did an excellent job. Every part he worked on and surrounding are was cleaned and well sealed. I have been mislead from other shops before. I had learned to distrust garages. BUT I FEEL VERY COMFORTABLE WITH WILHELM AUTOMOTIVE and their people. My brakes are wonderful.....I am driver around town JUST so I can STOP AND USE MY NEW BRAKES !!! THANKS

had some poor experiences elsewhere. in one case, they forgot to put the oil filler cap back on. A friend recommended Wilhelm and I have been delighted with them. several services on foreign and American cars later, I am absolutely a happy customer!

I have been to a lot of mechanic shops and always came out thinking if I got the right service for my dollar or do they just think I am another sucker to take advantage of!! Mike and Chris at the Antheim office are very professional and always ready to take care of my needs!! As I walk in they all know my name and treat me like a valued customer and do anything they can to please me whatever it is! They will have all my automotive business as long as I live here!!
